Each flower arrangement or bouquet is unique.We do our best to match the photos on our website. However, some flowers are seasonal and may not be available. In that case, our florist will substitute with a similar or same-colored flower, keeping the style and value the same.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 9:00 AM within Vancouver Richmond and nearby areas. We’re here to help you celebrate life’s special moments—right when they matter most.

Our standard delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you have a preferred delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Our driver will try to contact the recipient when they arrive. If there’s no response, we may call you to ask to advise.
For house or businesses, we may leave the flowers in a safe spot and let the recipient know. If there’s no safe place, we’ll bring them back and arrange redelivery—an extra fee may apply.
